Refund policy

30-day returns, and we pay the return postage.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to return an item

Email us at loadsagearuk@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Once your return is accepted, we'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions, so sending it back costs you nothing. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, so we can put it right.

Items we can't accept back

Gift cards can't be returned. If you have a question about a specific item, just get in touch.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Cancelling within 14 days (UK and EU)

Under UK and EU consumer law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a reason. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and checked your return, and whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are made automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to process it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at loadsagearuk@gmail.com.

Delivery

UK delivery is free on every order. Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Every car is sent in a proper box, never a padded mailer. International delivery is available to selected countries, with rates shown at checkout. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges in their country.
